Sebastian the Party...Animal?

...I....regret...nothing...

Man I was so scared I wasn't going to get this done in time but I was able to work on it tonight and finish it up (annnnnd i asked for a contest deadline extension... *failure* T_T)

This is my submission for contest which was a "birthday" theme

I thought to myself "what can i do involving Sebby and a birthday aside from him and Ciel? ....KITTY SUIT!"

And this was born. I imagine Sebby would be insane enough to dress up in a cat suit, make a fish cake, and treat his little pet kitty like a queen...too bad Ciel had to bear witness this ^^

I spent DAYS on this...pwease show Kitty Sebastian love with lots of faves?
